Getting Started

  • No referral is needed! Get started with our office by scheduling a Free Discovery Call.

  • It depends. Dr. Leigh Ann uses the information gathered during the initial evaluation to determine the safety and efficacy of a chiropractic adjustment. If deemed safe and beneficial, the patient is informed of the benefits and risks of a chiropractic adjustment, and if the patient consents, treatment may be administered.

  • Please see our ‘treatment process guide’ to gain a better understanding of your initial visit with Renew Integrative Health.

  • We work with active adults, typically between the ages of 25-64, who experience chronic pain, recurring injuries, or have been injured while exercising and want to return to activity pain-free.

    We also assist:

    • Adults who want to be active but frequently get injured.

    • Women who want to exercise daily but don’t know how, don’t have time, or are concerned about getting hurt.

    • Adults who work long, stressful hours at a desk and want to be healthier but don’t know where to start.

    • Special populations with conditions like dysautonomia, long COVID, POTS, Ehlers-Danlos, and MS.

  • While chiropractic care is generally considered safe for children and pregnant women, we accept these populations on a case-by-case basis. Please schedule a complimentary Discovery Call to see if we can accommodate your needs.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers that allow you to move freely, without limitations, during your sessions.

  • Depending on the type of visit, sessions can last between 30-60 minutes.

  • This answer depends on your specific condition and treatment goals, but patients are generally seen no more than 2x per week. Your plan of care will be discussed after the initial evaluation and tailored to your availability and expected recovery timeline.

  • X-rays and other imaging studies are not always necessary, but may be recommended based on your specific condition and initial evaluation findings. If imaging is needed before treatment can begin, this will be discussed during your evaluation, along with any necessary referrals.

Our approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with exercise rehabilitation and other therapeutic techniques to create a comprehensive and effective treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.

  • In addition to traditional chiropractic adjustments, Renew Integrative Health offers a range of services, including soft tissue therapy, exercise programming & rehabilitation, kinesiology taping, and flexion/distraction/decompression therapy.

  • Rehab chiropractic combines traditional chiropractic care with rehabilitative exercises and therapies. This approach not only addresses immediate pain relief but also focuses on strengthening and conditioning the body to prevent future injuries and improve overall function.

  • A rehab chiropractor can help alleviate pain through spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and personalized rehabilitation exercises. This approach addresses the root cause of pain and promotes long-term healing and prevention.

  • Chiropractors can treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, joint pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. We also provide care for chronic conditions like arthritis and help with overall wellness and preventive care.

  • In most cases, no. Our goal is to keep you as active as possible while minimizing the risk of reinjury or symptom aggravation.

  • Yes, chiropractic adjustments are generally safe when performed by a licensed and board-certified chiropractor. At Renew Integrative Health, we use gentle and effective techniques tailored to each patient’s needs.

  • No, a chiropractic adjustment will never be performed without your consent. We offer many other techniques and therapies that can achieve the results you need without an adjustment.

  • Once a patient reaches the end of their plan of care, many choose to continue working with us to reach additional performance or exercise goals. Others opt for routine chiropractic wellness care to support overall health and function.

Insurance & Payment

  • While many insurance plans provide coverage for chiropractic care, at Renew Integrative Health, we intentionally choose not to participate with insurance companies and other third-party payers. This allows us to provide longer, less frequent treatment sessions tailored to your specific healthcare needs.

    Please note: While Renew Integrative Health does not participate with Medicare, we may be able to accept Medicare-eligible patients on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office to determine if you are eligible to receive care with us.

  • Yes, we can accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds for chiropractic services. These accounts can be a great way to manage healthcare expenses with pre-tax dollars.

  • We accept Visa, Amex, and Mastercard debit/credit cards as well as Apple Pay. We expect payment when services are rendered, and patients are required to keep an active credit card on file for fees related to late cancellations and no-shows.
